Shipping

Orders will be dispatched via either Royal Mail or DPD depending on which delivery provider you choose at checkout.

Orders placed from October onwards will either be sent via DPD or Royal Mail signed for, to avoid losses of parcels via Royal Mail over the Christmas period. 

If you have NOT received your parcel within 2 weeks of your dispatch notification, then please get in contact with me. 

If you contact myself about a parcel that has not arrived longer than 75 days since you received your dispatch notice I will be unable to help. The Royal Mail will not look into lost mail if reported after 80 days since the postage date. Please see direct extract from the Royal Mail website below:

Claims for loss must be made within 80 calendar days of the date of posting, or no claim will be entertained. ‘


Turn around time
- currently 6-8 weeks, subject to change. 


Problem with your order 

If you have a fault with your order then the item must be returned to myself (postage will be covered by me) in order for me to check the item over and ensure there isn’t a machine or fabric fault. 
I will always be more than happy to fix an item for you. 

 

Local collection / alterations 

I ask that if you are local to myself and are collecting/dropping off orders or items that you contact me to make sure the time is suitable before coming to my home.

Vouchers 

Vouchers won in giveaways are NON TRANSFERABLE. If you have decided that you do not wish to use your voucher, then please let me know and I can re-draw then competition for a new winner.

These terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") Are relevant to purchases from Alice Acid.

By purchasing an item from Alice Acid, you agree to abide by these terms.

Sale of Goods
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of goods available from ourselves.
The following goods are available on our Site:
* Handmade childrens and adults clothing; and
* Made to measure childrens and adults clothing.
We are under a legal duty to supply goods that match the description of the good(s) you order.
We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary.

Shipping and Delivery
When you purchase goods from our Site, the goods will be delivered ( Turnaround times apply) through Royal Mail insured to the relevant value. Items can take 5-7 business days.
You will not be charged for the delivery of the goods over £50 in value you purchase on our Site provided the shipping address is within the U.K.
Purchases to international addresses and orders under £50 in value within the U.K. are charge a nominal postage fee.
If you purchase goods from us for delivery to a destination outside the United Kingdom your purchase may be subject to import duties and taxes applied by the destination country. You are responsible for paying any such duties or taxes. Please contact your local customs office for more information before making a purchase. We are not responsible for the payment of any such duties or taxes and are not liable for any failure by you to pay them.
You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.

Right to Cancel and Receive Reimbursement

If you are a customer living in the United Kingdom or the Eurpoean Union you have the right to cancel your contract to purchase goods from us within 14 days without giving notice. The cancellation period will end 14 days from when you receive, or someone you nominate receives, the goods when you purchased good(s) in one order that are all delivered together;
To exercise your right to cancel you must inform us of your decision to cancel within the cancellation period. To cancel, contact us by email at aliceacidapparell@gmail.com or by post at 4 Samson Street, Tidworth, SP9 7SX 

The right to cancel does not apply to:
* Custom or personalised goods;

Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel your contract with us and goods have already been sent to you, then you must return the goods to us as soon as possible after informing us of your decision to cancel. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods. We will not be responsible for any damage or loss to the goods that occurs before they are returned to us, including while the goods are in transit.

Please note that we are permitted by law to reduce your reimbursement to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods that was caused by handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Returns

Returns can be made by mail. To return a good by mail, follow the following procedure:
Pack your goods in secure packaging. Unworn and unused. Return via your chosen method.
